Timothy Hessen is a freelance writer for the Sporting Tribune. Attending Cal State Long Beach as a senior, Timothy additionally serves as the Chief Sports Editor of the Long Beach Current, the school's student-run publication. Timothy has over 200 published articles in three different publications and has won several journalism awards at the JACC level, including a 1st place Sports Story accolade in 2023.
