San Diego FC roll outs the 2026 Taste of Snapdragon lineup

SAN DIEGO -- The 2026 Taste of Snapdragon Stadium menu lineup has arrived just in time for the upcoming start of San Diego FC’s 2026 campaign. From local street food to culinary creations, it offers a variety of options for matchday attendees.

San Diego FC hosted the Taste of Snapdragon event on Tuesday in the early afternoon, where media members got an exclusive look at—and a taste of—the local vendor partnership’s food and beverage lineup for the 2026 season at Snapdragon Stadium.

The menu highlights the local Mexican and Baja food scene, featuring several neighbourhood classics that bring the culture right inside the venue. 

With grilled, warm dishes like Carne Asada Nachos and Barbacoa Quesadillas, to the cooler, savoury choices such as the Shrimp Agua Chile or Mexican Fruit Cups, catering to the many matchday moods.

The spice was not forgotten, as El Perro Caliente – a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with Hot Cheetos – and Classic Esquite Cups, finished with Hot Cheeto crumbs and Tajin seasoning, add heat to the lineups, balanced by a selection of Agua Frescas.

For sandwich and burger lovers, the menu does not shy away from meaty options, with The Girls Deli offering The Godfather (cold) and The Freak (hot), alongside the classic Hodad’s cheeseburger.

Buona Forchetta provides another matchday staple, featuring two pizza options on the 2026 lineup: the Bruna (meat lovers) and the Augusta (vegetarian).

Snapdragon Stadium Executive Chef Enrique Hernandez spoke at the Taste of Snapdragon event about the importance of local vendor partnerships and culturally inspired dishes that connect with both fans and the city.  

“It's just offering something that everybody in San Diego wants in one location. And if you're able to offer that in the stadium, it's an experience of its own.”

“You can go 20 feet away and try The Taco Stand, try The Crack Shack, and go to Hodad’s, and you have all these options in front of you.”

“To tie in the roots to San Diego. What it is to be in San Diego. And that's important for us to give to the fans.”

“To give back to them and work with our partners. I think that does mean a lot. Especially if we are local here in San Diego and get something that you want to try.”

In addition to the highlighted dishes, the 2026 menu features other culturally infused and inspired foods, a selection of cocktails, and desserts like S’mores Nachos.
