Dodgers recall Justin Wrobleski, option Landon Knack to Triple-A OKC taken in Los Angeles (Los Angeles Dodgers)

LOS ANGELES -- Heading into St. Louis to play a three-game set, the Los Angeles Dodgers announced that they have recalled left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski and optioned right-handed pitcher Landon Knack to Triple-A OKC. 

Wrobleski, 24, returns for his third stint with the team, and he is 1-1 with an 8.00 ERA. Since allowing eight runs in his first four innings this season, the southpaw has pitched five scoreless innings with four strikeouts. He has made nine appearances for Triple-A Oklahoma City, tossing 40.2 innings with a 5.09 ERA and 37 strikeouts.

Knack, 27, made the start yesterday against the New York Mets, allowing four runs in 3.1 innings in a no-decision. He is 3-2 with a 5.12 ERA this season in nine games, which accounts for seven starts for the Dodgers. He is in his second season with Los Angeles, and he is 6-7 with a 4.18 ERA in 107.2 innings. 

With Wrobleski opening the series against the Cardinals, the Dodgers will have Yoshinobu Yamamoto following him on Saturday and Dustin May on Sunday to close out the series.
