Lee Strawther is a writer and graphic artiist at The Sporting Tribune. As the former publisher/editor of the Las Vegas Sentinel-Voice newspaper, and a three year stint as editor of the Las Vegas Employment Guide, Strawther has over 40 years experience in publishing, writing advertising, marketing and graphic design. A past president of the Las Vegas Association of Black Journalists, Strawther studied Communications at Pacific University in Oregon before returning home to Las Vegas when the Sentinel-Voice was established by his parents in 1980. A 51 year resident of Las Vegas, Lee has been freelancing for the past 30 years. Named three times to the “Top 40 Under 40” published by the Las Vegas Business Press, he currently works withßç a variety of clients in Las Vegas and nationwide.
