Oct 24, 2026; Madison, Wisconsin, USA; Wisconsin Badgers cornerback Bryce West (5) tackles USC Trojans wide receiver Trent Mosley (4) during the second half at Camp Randall Stadium.

Halloween falls on a packed college football Saturday, with Florida looking to build on its upset of Texas against Georgia in the World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. USC has a tougher challenge at home, where it gets No. 2 Ohio State and an unsettled Buckeyes quarterback situation.

First Pick: Florida +12 over Georgia

Rundown: Florida showed it can hang with a top team by going on the road and beating Texas, and Jadan Baugh gives the Gators a reliable way to keep the offense moving. His ability to grind out yards and finish drives could also help Florida keep Georgia’s offense off the field.

Georgia is still the better team, but the Bulldogs have given up plenty on the ground in recent games, and last year’s meeting came down to four points. I’ll take the Gators to make this rivalry game competitive enough to stay within 12.

Second Pick: USC +6.5 over Ohio State

Rundown: USC’s loss at Wisconsin was ugly, and the defense has given up at least 21 points in six straight games. Still, this is a good spot to take the points with the Trojans: Ohio State may be without Julian Sayin, leaving a true freshman and Tavien St. Clair to handle the quarterback workload.

The Buckeyes haven’t been dominant away from home, either, and USC gets them at the Coliseum. Ohio State can win this game, but asking its unsettled quarterback room to cover more than a touchdown on the road feels like too much.
