LAS VEGAS — In a landmark move merging autonomous mobility with live entertainment, Zoox and T-Mobile Arena on Wednesday announced a multi-year partnership that will introduce the first integrated autonomous ride-hailing service for a major sports and entertainment venue. The agreement, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, marks Zoox’s inaugural collaboration with a major arena and ushers in a new transportation experience for fans beginning in early 2026.
Under the deal, Zoox becomes an Official Venue Partner of T-Mobile Arena, with its purpose-built robotaxi fleet set to pick up and drop off guests at a dedicated lane at the venue’s West VIP entrance. The partnership includes exclusive rider perks and extensive Zoox-branded wayfinding signage, designed to help visitors seamlessly locate their autonomous ride before or after Golden Knights games, concerts, and other major events.
“This represents a transformative moment for both T-Mobile Arena and the future of transportation in Las Vegas,” said Sally Bae, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for AEG in Las Vegas. “By integrating Zoox’s innovative autonomous vehicle technology into our operations, we’re not only enhancing accessibility for the millions of fans who visit each year, but also reinforcing our commitment to bringing cutting-edge experiences to our guests.”
Zoox, an Amazon subsidiary, recently expanded its autonomous ride-hailing footprint across Las Vegas, where it already services Resorts World, AREA15, Topgolf, and—next year—Sphere. Adding T-Mobile Arena to its route strengthens the company’s presence in one of the world’s most visited entertainment corridors while deepening its existing relationship with the Vegas Golden Knights.
“T-Mobile Arena has long been at the heart of Las Vegas' incredible sports and entertainment scene, and we're thrilled to offer a new transportation option for guests of this premier venue,” said Michael White, Chief Product Officer at Zoox. “As we continue our Las Vegas expansion, adding destinations like T-Mobile Arena demonstrates our commitment to connecting riders to the experiences that matter most.”
Inside the arena, Zoox’s presence will be visible through branded digital signage, wayfinding systems, and main concourse bar integration. The company will also be featured in “Know Before You Go” emails sent to ticket holders, reinforcing the new autonomous mobility option for fans.
More than a million guests visit T-Mobile Arena annually for Golden Knights games, major concerts, and flagship events. Beginning in early 2026, those attendees will be able to request autonomous rides through the Zoox app, selecting the arena as a pickup or drop-off point. Both organizations plan to explore additional on-site activations and fan engagement initiatives following the service launch.
The partnership signals a broader evolution in Las Vegas, positioning the city at the forefront of mobility innovation while redefining how fans travel to and from live entertainment events.
