The Los Angeles Dodgers activated right-handed pitcher Blake Treinen, recalled left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski, and optioned right-handed pitchers Will Klein and Edgardo Henriquez.

Treinen, 37, has been on the injured list since April 19 with right forearm tightness. The Dodgers would later transfer the reliever to the 60-day injured list in May.
Before the injury, he made eight appearances for the Dodgers, going 0-2 with two saves and a 3.38 ERA, and has had a good run of rehab appearances, appearing in seven rehab starts between the ACL Dodgers and Triple-A Oklahoma City, striking out 10 batters in seven perfect innings.

Wrobleski, 25, has become somewhat of a journeyman for the Dodgers, as he returns for his fourth stint with the team, and he is 4-3 with a 4.50 ERA. He has made eight appearances, two starts, striking out 40 batters in 40.0 innings, and has made 11 appearances for Triple-A Oklahoma City, tossing 51.2 innings with a 4.18 ERA and 47 strikeouts.
As part of the corresponding moves, both Klein and Henriquez were optioned to make room for Treinen and Wrobleski.
Klein, 25, pitched last night and tossed a scoreless inning with one strikeout. He has made 10 appearances for Los Angeles so far in 2025, toeing the slab for 10 2/3 innings with a 3.38 ERA.
Henriquez, 23, recorded his third straight scoreless outing last night and tossed 2.1 scoreless innings in his first stint with the Dodgers. With Triple-A Oklahoma City, he has appeared in 18 games, posting a 1-0 record with a 5.89 ERA and has 26 strikeouts in 18.1 innings.
