Dodgers: Los Angeles (56-35) is hoping to have better fortune in Milwaukee, as they are coming off being swept by the Houston Astros at home in a three-game set, which included a crushing defeat in which Houston routed the Dodgers by a final of 18-1 on July 4.
Yoshinobu Yamamoto was selected for his first All-Star Game, and Clayton Kershaw gets his 11th nod at the summer classic after a special commissioner's selection by Rob Manfred.
According to Fabian Ardaya, the Dodgers will be calling up right-handed flamethrower Julian Fernández in hopes that his arm can add some leverage to this Dodgers bullpen, and outfielder James Outman is with the team in Milwaukee, still no word on who will be placed on the IL.

Brewers: Milwaukee (50-40) is coming off a road series win against the Miami Marlins and has recently reconnected with their ace in Brandon Woodruff, who hasn't pitched in the big leagues since Sept. 23, 2023.
Sal Frelick leads the Brew Crew with a batting average of .294, and Christian Yelich leads the team with home runs (17) and RBI (61).
