Halliburton has been solid and efficient — 15 points is a modest ask for someone who plays big minutes and can score in bunches. As for the Phillies, they’ve been one of the best teams in baseball and are facing a pitcher they’ve hit well in the past. All three legs are tied to teams and players in good form, and it lines up wellfor a strong payout.
