We have another full slate of baseball games, but we also have a very interesting Eastern Conference Finals Game 1 in the NHL tonight.
The first pick for today is the Los Angeles Dodgers moneyline. Last night, Los Angeles had a very uncharacteristic game where the bats were dead until the sixth inning, and it was far too late to mount a comeback. It seems hard to believe that the defending World Series champions repeat a performance like that tonight. With Yamamoto on the mound and all their bats available, I do not see LA losing tonight. The moneyline is currently at -235. This seems a bit hefty, so I would also recommend checking out the runline, which is -1.5 at -110 odds.
The second pick for today is the Philadelphia Phillies run line. This was also a bet that we hit on last night. Philly is giving the start to Jesus Luzardo. Jesus has been dealing to say the absolute least. In his 2025 season, he has a record of 4-0 with a 2.00 ERA. With him going up against the worst team in the league in the Colorado Rockies, and Philly as of now having their usual lineup, Philly should cover this 1.5 spread. You can get the run line at -178, so get in on them now before the odds get worse.
The final pick for today is the primetime event, the Eastern Conference final. We all know by now that hockey is a very tedious sport to bet on, but this is a game everyone will be watching, so why not have some action on it? Carolina is undefeated at home in the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs. They also haven't just won at home, they've dominated. Four out of five times, they have won by more than one goal during this playoff run on home ice. Carolina comes out at -125 for the moneyline. With Carolina's recent home dominance, these are fantastic odds. Also, take into account that the Hurricanes have had more time to rest. Florida just had to go all seven games against the Maple Leafs, while Carolina handled the Washington Capitals in five games.
Parlay of the day: For today's parlay of the day, we are going with a two-legger MLB favorite parlay. The first leg is the Seattle Mariners moneyline at -178. They are going up against the Chicago White Sox, who have shown us nothing for the second season in a row. The second leg is the Milwaukee Brewers moneyline at -125. They go up against a very disappointing Orioles squad tonight, and the Brewers are sending out Logan Henderson to start. Although we have not seen much of him, he has a solid 2.45 ERA with a record of 2-0. The Brewers should take advantage of an already beaten-down Orioles team and help us win our second leg.
