DES MOINES – The San Diego Clippers (8-11) on the road for two games, played the Iowa Wolves (4-18) at Wells Fargo Arena and won 117-108.

This will be the first game of a two-game road trip, both taking place against the Wolves, in Iowa.

Jordan Miller, Clippers two-way player, finished with 32 points, the second game in a row hitting the 30-plus point mark. He also had 4 rebounds and 2 assists.

Patrick Baldwin Jr. also contributed 20 points for San Diego, a strong outing in his first two games, clearly fitting with a guard-forward duo with him and Miller.

The Clippers got out to an early first quarter lead, 30-21, and really just held it for the rest of the game. Their defense was able to set the pace, and while Iowa tried to match their offensive output, San Diego did a good job of keeping momentum all the way through the final buzzer.

Skylar Mays had 30 points and 6 rebounds for the Wolves.

Nothing stood out in the game, it was more so just a clean cut win for San Diego, much needed to keep their playoff hopes alive heading into the final stretch of the G League season.

Jaelen House returned from injury on this road trip, a welcome sight for the team. With all the roster changes and two-way players going back and forth, having a familiar face (House has been on the roster since opening night) helped set the tone.

The rematch between these two teams is on a back-to-back, so on Monday, Feb. 24 tip-off is at 4:30 p.m. The game will play at Wells Fargo Arena once again. After, the Clippers head home to play the Indiana Mad Ants on February 27.
