SAN DIEGO -- Newly expanded MLS side San Diego FC announced its upcoming 2025 MLS regular season schedule Thursday morning.

The schedule contains 34 MLS regular season matches with 17 road games and the other 17 matches hosted by SDFC at Snapdragon Stadium located in the Mission Valley area of San Diego.

It doesnโ€™t start any more challenging for SDFC as their debut in Major League Soccer and their 2025 regular season sees them head up the I5 to face off against the recently crowned 2024 MLS Cup champions LA Galaxy on Feb. 23.

The first test for Mikey Varasโ€™ squad is an away match at Dignity Health Sports Park against a strong Galaxy team that managed to only taste home defeat once throughout the 2024 MLS regular season and playoffs.

The following matchday, San Diego FC host their inaugural home match on March 1 at Snapdragon Stadium against St. Louis City FC.

SDFCโ€™s first home match sees the two newest MLS expansion clubs face off as the 2019 established St. Louis City FC started their MLS journey in 2023.

Fans of Chrome & Azul can also mark March 29 as a day to visit Snapdragon with their other Southern California neighbor LAFC coming into town.
