FREMONT, Calif. — Major League Table Tennis will stage its 2026 Championship Weekend in the Bay Area, with the league’s top four teams competing for the MLTT Cup on April 18–19 at Table Tennis America.
The two-day, winner-take-all event presented by BetOnline will cap a season that has marked a significant rise for professional table tennis in the United States, as MLTT continues to build momentum through live events and digital growth.
“Championship Weekend is the moment we build toward all season, and the Bay Area is the perfect place to host it,” MLTT founder and commissioner Flint Lane said. “This region has a deep table tennis community and a real appreciation for elite competition. We’re excited to bring our top teams to Fremont and deliver a championship experience worthy of the momentum MLTT has built this season.”
The league’s 2025–26 campaign has been highlighted by several milestones, including its first sellout events and a surge in online engagement. From September through December, MLTT generated more than 46 million social impressions and over 21.5 million video views, reflecting growing national interest in the sport.
The championship will be hosted at Table Tennis America, one of the premier dedicated table tennis facilities in the country, where fans will have an up-close look at elite-level competition. BetOnline.ag will be the exclusive betting sponsor for the event.

“Table tennis is growing faster than ever, and MLTT’s Championship Weekend has quickly become the sport’s premier professional stage in America,” said Hailong Shen. “We’re excited to welcome the league’s best teams to Fremont and to give Bay Area fans a front-row seat to some of the highest level of professional table tennis.”
