BOSTON -- Leo Carlsson is set to make his Four Nations Face-Off debut tonight against Team USA.

Based on this morning’s skate, Carlsson will center the second line, flanked by Adrian Kempe of the Los Angeles Kings and Lucas Raymond of the Detroit Red Wings.

Currently Team Sweden is still in the hunt to clinch a spot in the championship game. To secure their place Sweden must defeat the USA in regulation and hope for a Finland or Canada win in overtime or a shootout.

Sweden has so far dropped both of their games in overtime, falling 4-3 to Canada and 4-3 to Finland.

Carlsson, drafted second overall in the 2023 NHL Draft, has recorded 19 points in 48 games with the Anaheim Ducks this season. Sweden will face off against the USA today, February 17th, at 5 PM PST, with the game airing on TNT.
