INGLEWOOD, Calif. –– Saquon Barkley rushed for an Eagles' record 255 yards and two touchdowns and had 47 receiving yards to lead the Philadelphia Eagles (9-2) to a 37-20 victory over the Los Angeles Rams (5-6) Sunday night before 74,400 at Sofi Stadium.
Barkley rushed for the ninth most yards in a single NFL game en route to the Eagles' seventh consecutive game. LeSean McCoy previously held the Eagles' single-game rushing record (217).
Philadelphia took a 13-7 lead into the half.
The game turned when Barkley opened the third quarter, taking a carry behind Landon Dickerson before cutting through the teeth of the Rams' defense and down the sideline 70 yards for his ninth rushing touchdown. He added a 72-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to ice the game for Philadelphia.
Philadelphia outgained Los Angeles 314-92 on the ground and averaged 7.0 yards per carry.
Jalen Hurts was 15 of 22 for 179 yards and one touchdown, carrying 12 times for 33 yards for the Eagles. AJ Brown caught six passes for 109 yards and one touchdown.
Matthew Stafford was 24 of 36 for 243 yards for two touchdowns. Kyren Williams carried 16 times for 72 yards with one touchdown and fumble. Puka Nacua caught nine passes for 117 yards. Cooper Kupp caught eight passes for 60 yards and one touchdown. DeMarcus Robinson caught two passes for 15 yards and one touchdown.
